Location was good.
Very difficult to deal with online. Rooms were not always cleaned - when they were it was a rushed job. Rooms were tiny. Beds were uncomfortable. Online photos were very flattering.

The location was quite convenient, and the breakfast baffet was nice also.
The room (especially shower space) can be bigger. Also, 500ml bottle of water can be supplied daily instead of one time only on the first day.

The checkin was fast, the staff very friendly and helpful, the bed comfortable and bed linen clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean and towels clean and nice. The best thing about the hotel is it’s location, we could either walk to the main attractions or take metro.
The room and corridors are a bit tired, particularly the carpets. The désinfectant was a bit too strong and the curtain did not cover the entire window.
