Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff received positive remarks for being friendly and helpful, and cleanliness standards were generally high. Some guests also mentioned issues with amenities and service inconsistencies, but overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out.
