We had booked the Grand Hôtel Lévêque 11 years ago and found it to be reasonably priced for its location and quality, so we made reservations again for our recent trip to Paris. Pros (+) This hotel was situated on Rue Cler where all the restaurants and shops were located... Super convenient and quaint. It was close to 2 metro stops and many tourist spots.
Cons (-) The hotel was a little older, had very limited amenities, wifi was spotty, and our room was pretty tight (but size was to be expected from Paris?).
