Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near metro stations, restaurants, and attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests noting positive experiences with reception and assistance. However, cleanliness is a major concern, as multiple reviews mention dirty rooms, bedbugs, and outdated facilities. While the location and service are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
