Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, central location close to attractions and public transport, and high standards of cleanliness. Many reviews highlighted the comfort of the beds and the quality of the breakfast. The charming atmosphere and tasteful decor also received positive mentions. Some guests noted that the rooms were small and there were occasional issues with noise or air conditioning, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives, making it a highly recommended place to stay.
