The close vicinity to the airport was a major plus. The room amenities needs a little more consistency. We booked 2 of what should have been identical rooms, however that was not the case.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's proximity to the airport and convenient shuttle service, making it ideal for short stays or layovers. The breakfast receives high marks for variety and quality, and many guests note the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, reviews are mixed on cleanliness and service, with some guests reporting issues with room upkeep and slow or unhelpful staff. The restaurant is appreciated for its food quality, though some mention slow service and higher prices. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and amenities, but there is room for improvement in service and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Restaurant service is deplorable. Food is ok, but expect to wait 20-30 minutes for water or a beverage. Breakfast starts at 5:30. Only includes toast and coffee. That’s it.
Pros (+) Great location for the airport in Panama City. We stayed here one night so we were close for our early flight the next morning. It was on the expensive side and the restaurant inside was also very expensive! The shuttle in the morning was great as well.
Pros (+) Todo estuvo super bien.
Cons (-) El casino es muy pequeño
Pros (+) 3-4 min from airport.
Cons (-) Musty smelling room; room had a mix of smells between humidity, must and smoke. From the door screen to the bad shower head the room was not well taken care of. no elevators for second floor; mediocre facilities and breakfast. At $100 per night it was too expensive for what it was.
Pros (+) The hotel staff, location and facility was great.
Cons (-) Stayed when flight was cancelled. Panicking to find a hotel nearby, went online to Kayak. Offered great discount price of $70. Then finishing online reservation, $26 tax and service charge added. Tax was $7. The Kayak $19 felt like a bait/switch. Wrote to them and they offered a 10% refund. Appreciate it but realize this might happen to you.
