check in was too restrictive, some guests had left their passport behind and even with IDs (cedula) would not let them check-in. Had to find another hotel. I will never return to this hotel again.
Very clean. Good feautures. Great staff. Will visit again
Pros:Excelent location. Friendly staff. Clean and large rooms. Very nice shower.
Cons:Microwave and fridge would be nice.
Pros:The hotel is new and quite nice. Rooms are large and comfortable. The bed was good. A/C was good. Wifi was OK (hard to get online sometimes). Breakfast was substantial.
Cons:The hotel is located on a very congested street. If someone is coming to pick you up he or she has no place to park and wait for you. In general the streets in Panama City have become very congested in recent years, but this street is one of the worst I've seen.
Pros:Lack of informatuion on what the Hotel offrered as amenities , No room service . THE MINIBAR WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY, , Ehen I asked why , no one knew , aparently there is an independant guy who decides if he fills the miniba or not. VERY INCONVENIENT. ISSUE HERE.
Pros:Nice hotel, free internet, free parking, good service, affordable.

Cons:They moved me to another hotel because they over booked. I would stay away from this hotel.
