check in was too restrictive, some guests had left their passport behind and even with IDs (cedula) would not let them check-in. Had to find another hotel. I will never return to this hotel again.

Pros (+) The hotel is new and quite nice. Rooms are large and comfortable. The bed was good. A/C was good. Wifi was OK (hard to get online sometimes). Breakfast was substantial.
Cons (-) The hotel is located on a very congested street. If someone is coming to pick you up he or she has no place to park and wait for you. In general the streets in Panama City have become very congested in recent years, but this street is one of the worst I've seen.
