Pros (+) Location, location, location. Room was spacious and comfortable
Cons (-) The pool area was not inviting. No seats, no place to put anything. The pool itself felt worn out and very small. Four adults in the water and no room for more swimmers

Pros (+) The staff was super nice and helpful.
Cons (-) The air conditioner wasn’t working properly so our first night was super miserable. We were able to switch rooms but then the refrigerator wasn’t working in the new room.

Pros (+) This hotel was pet friendly, the staff was nice and it is close to the hotsprings. It looks like they are in the process of upgrading some of the features so that is good.
Cons (-) Nothing too terrible, but the hotel is older and there are some wonky parts. For example you can't really tell which is the front entrance because it is not marked clearly. The doors to get into the hotel (not the main entrance, but the one next to our room) sometimes work with keycard and sometimes they don't, which even the lady at the front desk informed me of. Cons (-) air quality in rooms was not good, smelled strongly of room freshener and no fresh air, air conditioner was loud and insufficient.

Cons (-) The outside doors had to be propped open because the Kay cards did not work. The parking lot was dirty.
