Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were very satisfied with the friendly and attentive staff, highlighting the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Several reviews positively mentioned the overall organization and helpfulness of the employees. However, opinions about breakfast were mixed, with some guests finding it enjoyable and others disappointed by the limited variety or quality. The hotel’s location received neutral feedback, as it is somewhat distant from the historic center and can require transportation, especially given the hilly terrain. Noise from traffic or other guests was a common complaint among those with rooms facing the street or in central areas. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its service and cleanliness, though improvements could be made in breakfast and noise insulation.
