All the rooms has issues and not clean as well the whole hotel
The pool and the location.
Everything is in poor shape and maybe my expectations from 2011 played a big part. The hotel went down the wire. It was one of the best in 2011. The only good things remaining are: the friendly staff and the pool. One of the bath tubs (we reserved two rooms) was shaking and dangerous for my mother who was operated on her knees. Some of the tiles in the rooms fell partially off; the birds were flying freely in the dining room during breakfast with whatever diseases they were carrying on to land on the meager breakfast offerings. The sofas in the rooms and waiting hallway were discolored from wear and tear. We were disappointed to say the least.
Very large terrace with swimming pool, nice view to overlook the town, large sitting area at reception, large and clean double bed.
Hotel facilities are worn out, no lift service, dinner buffet service after 20:00 and drinks not included. Noisy air-conditioning system.
The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast & dinner is a buffet, which are OK, but nothing exciting. Location is easy to find, and very central. Overall value for money stay for a night.
The hotel is big with nice facilities but is, and feels outdated. The bathrooms could really use a renovation. No hairdryer in the rooms, although reception had 1(!!!) to share.
very niceplace, clean and cofortable.
no sockets! had to unplug the tv to charge my phone ;P
Just about virtually impossible not to chill out, disconnect and take it easy!Well located near heart of the city, this unique concept boutique hotel is bestowed with the most privileged setting in the entire region.Wonder at the breathtaking panoramic view from the Hotels mythic, legendary terrace, overlooking the Ouarzazate valley of roses in the desert, the breathtaking view as though the Guest is suspended in time, hanging over a gem nestling in the surrounding mountain peaks, unforgettable contrast. The traditional Kasbahs architecture carries through the theme of the timeless serenity over the millennia, the Berber tribe, with its distinctive weave and tattoo, the chunky jewellery, the echo of tribal music, its sparkling, refreshing Infinity pool for a cooling dip.KENZI AZGHOR is a secure and comfortable option, a way to discover the enchanted old World city, a historic authentic desert outpost with gushing fountains and fields of flowers in the arid surroundings, the famous Pearl of the South, a jewel encrusted in a typical setting.Having conquered Hollywood, will your succumb to the fascination exerted by the Moroccan South, mesmerizing you in an off the charts experience.
