Pros (+) They had extra space and upgraded our room for free! Very easy to walk downtown. The hill is steep but short. We have a 3 and 6 year old who were not with us but could have easily handled the walk (we did travel in summer so maybe a different story dealing with snow if you're not used to it). The elevator was up and working during our visit and was very fast and efficient!
Cons (-) Lovely hotel, the only complaint is that our GPS could not find the place despite entering the address exactly as it appeared on our booking confirmation.
