Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and, in several cases, the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews mention issues with unexpected or confusing extra charges, as well as inconsistent service and problems with cleanliness in some rooms. While some guests found the decor and atmosphere appealing, others were disappointed by the value for price and administrative handling. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and comfort, but guests advise caution regarding fees and service expectations.

We want to especially thank “Tom” who was very helpful with our luggage and even helped us with some local inf...

Pros (+) The location is perfect! It is right off of I-Drive and walking distance to any number of restaurants and things to do.
Cons (-) The phone was unplugged and not working when we first arrived. The faucet in the bathtub spewed water all over the floor. We had bug issues and they made us feel crazy despite seeing them ourselves, taking pictures, and having bug bites on our bodies.
