Pros (+) We got the one of the rooms by the lake which looked like it was in its prime in 1975. The window AC in the back of the room did keep us cool, but it really only had two settings, On and Off. The screen above the window was a generic replacement, but we discovered a day late that it had separated from the frame and had let in the bugs. Cons (-) The only saving grace to this location was Goodyear lake just steps from the front door. We stopped at the local Price Chopper to pickup some bug spray, a couple of citronella candlea, a couple of bottles of wine. We then sat by the lake sipping wine watching the sunset.
