Summary of reviews
Guests say
The majority of guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting issues such as unpleasant odors, pests, and general lack of hygiene throughout the property. Service was also a common concern, with complaints about unhelpful staff, unresolved problems, and issues with refunds or deposits. Many guests found the location and amenities lacking, mentioning safety concerns, poor maintenance, and missing or broken facilities. Some reviews also highlighted uncomfortable beds and inadequate room conditions. Only a few positive remarks were made about friendly staff, good showers, and convenient location, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.AI-generated from customer reviews
