Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location and breathtaking views, which were often highlighted as the best aspect of their stay. However, many reviews noted significant issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and poor maintenance, particularly in rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast generally received negative feedback for its quality and variety, and service was often described as inconsistent or unfriendly, especially at reception and in the restaurant. The pool areas, while sometimes appreciated for their setting, were criticized for being cold, outdated, or lacking enough sunbeds. Overall, while the location stands out positively, several operational aspects need improvement.
