no elevator; procedure of check-out very unfriendly and inappropriate; every time tried to obtain extra money on their facilities; the reservation money was blocked from my card, even I have cash payment at the hotel; bad staff of restaurant; air conditioner in front of the bed.

The breakfast was very delicious . the place was clean and staffs were kindly.
I wish the toilet had a hose. because we are muslim and it's necessary for us. Furthermore hotel had not elevator and it's not good for old and disabled people.
