Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent central location, historic charm, and friendly, attentive service. Many highlight the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas, as well as the range of amenities such as the spa, pool, and air raid shelter. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Some negative points include occasional noise from events, issues with elevators, and sporadic lapses in service or maintenance, but these are generally outweighed by the positives.
