Pros: great, homemade and delicious

Cons: better toilet paper, they had single ply, cheap and flimsy

Pros: Everything was marvelous, from the moment we walked through the front door. Nancy made us feel at home, and our room was fantastic -- as was breakfast the next morning. I just wish we'd had more time to spend there.

Cons: Nothing!

Cons: My mistake I booked a room on the 3rd Fl and there is no elevator. Lots of steps.

Pros: From the moment we entered Atlantis we encountered a peaceful and beautiful well maintained space that allowed us to sink into our main reason for visiting which was to further enrich and reconnect our one on one time as a couple. It was all such a romantic space! We look forward to making Atlantis our yearly reconnect/refresh/getaway!

Pros: Unfortunately, because I booked through this site, it did not include breakfast. I didn't read the fine print and realize this until the week before when I received an email from them asking if I wanted to pay $17.95 for breakfast. Next time, I will book directly through them. However, they still offered coffee and some pastries as well as 3 cereal choices, so I was able to get a little bit of food. The coffee was especially good!

Cons: No complaints at all.

Pros: Have been coming here for several years. Never disappoints.

Pros: The roof top deck was amazing. The room was nicely decorated and super clean.

Cons: That there was no one to greet you on arrival, leaving you to find the room yourself. Also there was no contact phone number displayed in the dining room, so if you didn’t have your cell to look up the info you couldn’t get in touch with anyone.

Cons: The room was very small (#9 Cordoba suite) it was very dusty. The bed was old and musty and the pillows smelled disgusting. I had trouble sleeping because of this. there was no room to sit or walk in the room. the ceiling was slanted and we hit our heads repeatedly on the ceiling / walls. We were very disappointed in this room, especially for the high price we paid. They told us the pakring lot was 2 blocks away. It was actually 7 blocks away.

Pros: The staff was friendly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us.

Pros: The manager of Ocean Manor, Rachelle was always available to accommodate whatever I needed. She went above and beyond to help me. Very caring person, Any request I had was never a problem. Extremely happy with the other experience I had I ended up extending my stay from 1 night to 3.three nights when I was always one night.

Cons: That I must leave tomorrow!

Pros: Stellar Location. Swimming pool. Outdoor seating with table. Free parking. Reduced rate beach tags.

Cons: The room was newly renovated. Very nice but very small. No microwave. No hair dryer. No trash can. The continental breakfast was something to be desired.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

Cons: There was a coffee machine but no coffee. The woman in the office was only able to produce some tea for us to use in it. Being there off season I guess meant fewer amenities. Also no channel guide for the tv or info on the hotel or surrounding restaurants and activities

Pros: Staff was very helpful, bed comfortable, location was great. For the cost I expect a little more.

Cons: The TV had to be left on in the front room. If not it wouldn't come back home. TV channels couldn't be found for children. Toilet paper could be seen thorough. That meant more had to be used. Really doesn't save money in the end I think.

Cons: The pictures on your site were nothing like the room. The bathroom was 100% unacceptable. The shower was SO small that I could not easily shower in it. The shower head did not move and the water was in my face. The room was very small and you had to maneuver around the bed. Bed was hard as a rock. Nice lobby and front porch, great location but that is all.

Cons: My room had a air conditioner that sounded like a generator. It was so loud you could hear it from the lobby and we had , no hot water I was not offered a apology or compensation of any kind even after the manager was contacted by front desk.I checked in at 3 and left for home at 630 I fought with front desk the entire 3 hrs they were useless I had to fight for names and contact information for owner and manager. Never will I boook through book.com or stay here again ! Owner needs to be contacted and manager needs some customer service training so no other person has to experience a stay like mine. It was horrible and front desk had no authorization to do anything how can you run a hotel this way there will always be something that could go wrong. It felt like we should have expected these conditions for the price of the room ——very upsetting our night was ruined and none cared!!! It won’t let me download my video of my room I tried several times so you could see and hear my room I doubt I will hear from anyone associated with this place.

Pros: I had the room reserved prior to arriving in OCNJ.

Cons: Extremely small room and even smaller bathroom. And, even smaller shower stall. Third floor walk up. I use better towels to wash my car!

Cons: Run down. Slanted and bubbled floor in room/bathroom.Large gap under door (tennis ball size). Poor & Limited lighting. Water temp regulation was dangerous. Scalding hot to cold without warning.

Pros: Super close to the beach. Easily walkable! Also super close walk to grocery store which was nice. We didn't have to move our car once! It was so nice to just park and walk everywhere we needed to go.

Cons: ZERO places to hang anything in the room. There were NO hooks in the bathroom on the walls or doors so we had no where to hang towels or swimsuits to dry. There was a tiny closet but they only provided three hangers.

Pros: Location, location, location!!!!! Hotel needs a lot of upgrading (and they are working on it), but for what we paid per night, can't be beat!

Cons: We had no complaints, and none of the problems some have had, but the hotel needs upgrades (and they are working on it).
