There was no sign of Management during our 7 day stay. One night we were only 2 guests at the hotel and they left all of the public areas in darkness and only upon request did they turn on the floor lights.

an oasis of gardens, terraces outside the rooms, very soothing staff was excellent, service rapid chef was excellent and very obliging dining area is in a beautiful setting, covered outdoor gardens fabulous Oaxacan coffee
Too far from town if you want to spend most of your time in the stores, museums, churches but taxi ride only 100 pesos each way and never much of a wait for a taxi. Remember most taxis do not have seatbelts, AC, and some have no insurance and are not in very good condition. Drivers are always pleasant and drive safely otherwise.
