Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beautiful gardens, lush greenery, and relaxing pool areas, as well as the friendliness of some staff members. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, especially in rooms and bathrooms, and note that the service can be inconsistent or unhelpful. Breakfast is often described as limited or disappointing, and some guests mention noise, accessibility challenges, and lack of amenities like Wi-Fi or proper parking. The location offers scenic views but can be busy or far from the beach. Overall, while the outdoor spaces and atmosphere are appreciated, improvements are needed in room maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
