When they checked us out of ONE of our 3 rooms a day early and, then shrugged their shoulders and said 'we're fully booked' forcing our guests to double up on the existing rooms? (4 per room) No comped expenses for their blunder, not even a 'sorry.' Or we could talk about our final day... The fire alarm was pulled around 8 am. Pros (+) The staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was spacious.
Cons (-) While the sleeping area of the room was clean, the sink and bathroom area wasn't detail cleaned or swept from previous guest.
