Terrible staff - always sleeping on the job, no effort to communicate in English or miming - just slamming a laptop with google translate angrily in front of me. No windows as in basement.

Large room with bathroom, clean and good aircondition. Fridge and kettle in the room. Good free wifi in the room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location in the city center of Novosibirsk.

The hotel is entirely located in the basement, so the room did not have the window itself, but it had an imitation of the window, a very interesting effect made with lights and blinds. The very beautiful dining room decorated, and a billiard table. Consistent breakfast, green/black tea. Quiet. We could leave the luggage in a room after check-out. About 10-12 minutes walk to the subway station in the center.
Probably if you stay for several days, you can wish for the sunlight. Steep stairs to the hotel.

very clean when you switch off the light, room becomes totally dark - that's great to have good sleep (people who travel a lot will understand me)
