Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions, food, and business areas. Many appreciate the spacious and modern rooms, as well as the friendliness of some staff members. However, several reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, especially with pests like cockroaches and rodents, and some mention slow or unresponsive service. Breakfast is described as standard, and while some guests found it satisfactory, others felt it could be improved. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and room comfort, but needs to address cleanliness and service consistency.
