Pros (+) I am so soured by my bad experience, I refuse to rate any part as good.
Cons (-) I purchased an item for my girlfriend and left it wrapped in tissue paper in a ziplock bag on a table. It disappeared. I contacted housekeeping supervisor and was told it was impossible that it was stolen/thrown away. Not satisfied with that answer I asked to speak to the hotel manager, I'm still waiting. Terrible customer service experience which will cost this chain my business forever.
