Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The staff received many positive mentions for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, several guests were disappointed by the cleanliness, with reports of dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and neglected maintenance. Room sizes were often described as small and cramped, and some felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, especially given the outdated facilities and lack of amenities like an elevator. Despite these drawbacks, the location and service were consistent highlights.
