Pros (+) The location was okay, but there are so many hotels around or in better locations.
Cons (-) The woman checking me in was so rude. She insisted on keeping my passport, no way! I insisted I'll pay upfront and she can make a photocopy. The hotel was dark and so dirty. It felt almost haunted. I woke up to cigarette smoke. The neighbors were smoking, but it felt like they were in my room. People yelling in the hallways. The breakfast was disgusting. Pros (+) The staff was amazing! Our flight was delayed 12 hrs and they kept our bags, then let us use the pool and showers until 7pm. Breakfast was great! The room was clean, shower was large, and lots of hot water!
Cons (-) We booked a cheap room, which turned out to be a "room without windows." It was large but definitely dark and the hallway/kitchen noise was quite loud.
