Guests say
Guest reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with the most common complaints being extremely poor cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained carpets, and unclean bathrooms. Service is also frequently criticized, with guests reporting unhelpful or absent staff, lack of communication, and issues with check-in. Many reviewers felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing high costs for the low quality provided. Only a few guests mentioned positive aspects such as location or comfort, but these were rare compared to the negative feedback.
