Loved the old style building, different to what we have now come to expect from a hotel room. Really lovely staff. It would so benefit from some re-decoration, to keep it's opulence!
The only thing that spoilt it was where our room was, the noise from a bar or club next to the hotel was too much. When we spoke to the receptionist about it she was lovely and said we would have been better the other side of the hotel but we didn't know that! Will definitely come back again but ask for the other side!
Great location, very comfortable and lovely staff.
The room was very comfy and enormous! We would use the hotel again without doubt. Friendly staff and wonderful facilities.
Staff were especially friendly and helpful
The main entrance carpet was a little grubby
Brilliant location. Liked the ease of check in and check out. Good price. Nice sized rooms and all clean. I really liked that water and refreshments were provided chilled in the rooms.
Single bed was very unsturdy! Also i would love a little bottle of fresh milk instead of the UHT. It would add such a point of difference.
