Pros (+) Need to cancel never stated there was book for my in-laws they could not find Hi reservation so they booked your hotel stay there I was told I can get a refund help

Pros (+) Double Tree is always hard to beat. Impeccable service and lovely comfortable rooms.
Cons (-) No luggage carts avaible. Lost in the hotel both times.

Pros (+) I like the staff at the hotel as well as the accommodations. The hotel in general seems to be a bit on the older side and wasn't as modern as some of the other Double Tree hotels I have stayed at.

Pros (+) I liked the staff at the hotel. The staff were helpful and accomodating. Never is there an issue while staying at this hotel.
