Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions and restaurants. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many reviews mentioning unclean rooms, musty odors, and leftover items from previous guests. Several guests were disappointed by the lack of advertised amenities such as the pool and breakfast. Service issues were also noted, including unresponsive staff and problems with deposits or key cards. Overall, while the location was a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
