-great location: 2 subway station far from Times Square -a lot of groceries stores around -near to Central Park( few minutes by walk) -fresh towels everyday -hot water
The location was convenient as well as the cleaning staff who were brining clean towels everyday. The stuff was mostly helpful.
The "hotel" is not as advertised. The room we got was nothing like the one we booked. The room lit has two double beds, inside of the room you could barely move when u place your luggage. I ended up waiting an hour in the lobby because the stuff couldn't find a master key to our room (they provided only one key per room, for four people). They/ve been told at least three times to make a copy of the keys, after which I got tired of asking.
The room was clean, the shower super powerful, they would give us lots of towels. Extra bathroom in the hallway (useful if the private bathroom is busy). Close to Subway and to French Bakery for Breakfast.
No kitchen in hotel (I wish there was a common room with plates, cutlery, stove) there is a noce market to buy food, but how can we cook it without a kitchen? If you order takeout, you need a proper table and chairs to eat. They have one old vending machine for pop that accepts only 1 dollar bills (and it doesn't say the price of each beverage). Nowadays the world uses credit card, so they should provide that option. Laundromat is not that close (hotel could create an option of partnership, we drop clothes in reception and they return us for a fee). Best restaurants are a few blocks away.
Excellent location. Small spartan room - what you get in the neighborhood, but clean.
Carpet in the room makes it feel it is not clean, bathrooms cleaning can be much improved
