Everything was fantastic.
This is a great hotel with a wonderful decor and very attentive staff. Stayed here several times, and every time we leave the place we are already thinking of when to go back.
Great staff, very nice facilities. Fast elevator. Financial district location has pros and cons for the weekend leisure traveler, but mostly a plus. Depends on what you are coming to New York to do.
extra "resort fee" for wifi and a glass of prosecco is mostly just a way to make the advertised room rate seem better than it actually is--it's a bit of a scam that NYC permits and lots of hotels do it. (Nevertheless, even figuring the resort fee in, the rate we got was excellent for the superior quality of hotel).
The location was great.
Staff were very friendly and the hotel rooms were amazing
A coffee machine in the room would have been great!
