Guests say
Most guests had a negative experience, citing poor cleanliness, unprofessional service, and uncomfortable beds. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, unhygienic bathrooms, pests, and maintenance issues. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the NDLS station and found the staff helpful in some cases. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives, with cleanliness and service being the main concerns.
