Guests praised the hotel's excellent location for sightseeing and its proximity to public transport. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with many describing rooms as spotless. Friendly and helpful service was also appreciated. However, noise issues, particularly thin walls and street noise, were a recurring complaint. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others finding it basic or lacking. Room sizes were often described as small, and some facilities were dated, but overall value for price and comfort were positively noted.
