Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly criticize the hotel's cleanliness, with many describing rooms and bathrooms as extremely dirty, unhygienic, or neglected. Service is also a major concern, with repeated complaints about unstaffed or unresponsive reception, lack of basic amenities, and poor management. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's location, finding it convenient for travel or close to points of interest. Overall, the negative aspects of cleanliness and service far outweigh the positives in guest feedback.
