Pros: Friendly staf Breakfast
Cons: Beds not so comfortabel because on wheels Standard room is quite small
Pros: Staff help and location. Kids Club is a big help for parents with children.
Cons: Coffee takes ages to come. It should be a quicker process
Pros: These is my third time in these hotel..Everything perfect, every year better and better, service more than you can expect, staff so friendly and always smiling, parking service best of all.. thank you so much , I had great vacation
Pros: Very comfortable bed, room and shower facilities. Absolutely amazing attention from the staff. The spa was excellent, and the fact that it cost 40€ meant that it excluded hoards of noisy children running around post-skiing...a truly relaxing experience.
Cons: A kettle is not a standard feature in Spanish hotels (and so, as usual, I brought my tea bags with me) but my surprise was that on asking for a kettle at reception, there were none available over the four days we were there. Each day I asked I was told that they were 'all out' as there were many English guests in the hotel. I would suggest that perhaps they buy some more - a small kettle costs 20€. I have stayed in lesser hotels and never come across this problem. It was the only 'blip' on an otherwise perfect stay.
Pros: Excellent location. The staff treatment was supreme. The rooms and the facilities were in line with a 5 star hotel.
Cons: The only thing needed to be improve is the breakfast, quality was no as expected from a luxury hotel.
Pros: Everything well organised Service is fine
Cons: Extra charge for the spa Kids were not allowed to the spa Small kids pool
Pros: the general atmosphere
Cons: the fact that you have to book the spa in advance and pay 40 euros per person even if you book a massage if this hotel is 5 stars it s because they have a spa so it s should be free
Pros: Smells great Close to ski lift 4 restaurants snacks Staff very nice and helpful
Cons: Still looking ... heating system maybe ?
Cons: Very Poor for Western 5 star hotel, parking outside to check in impossible complete confusion, staff rude and very pushy to get you to pay to use the Spa, Breakfast under staffed, poor service, beds very hard and heating controller in room not working, so very hot all the time, complained but could not change room fully booked. restaurant food poor and very over priced for what you got, very expensive for this experience, better 5 star hotels in the resort I'm sure, avoid at all costs you will be disappointed

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Pros: The hotel is very confortable, both as a hotel and the location it is in. It is higher up then most hotels so you get a nice view of the mountains. The staff was incredible and the food very good.
Cons: At peak season for skiing, maybe having more taxi service to the stations would of been a bit more helpful.
Pros: Food is great , the shuttle service to the mountain is awesome too
Pros: Excellent service, cleanliness etc. and staff very friendly and professional. The provision, free of charge, of a guide was an added bonus if new to the area. Restaurant provided food of good quality.
Cons: Hotel too removed from other facilities when weather is inclimental (shops bars restaurants etc.) found restaurants to be limited in choice although good quality.
Pros: Super great service! Lovely breakfast
Pros: The hotel and staff were excellent
Cons: The evening meals in the main restaurant were disappointing in quality
Pros: The location was superb for the slopes. It had a charming well equipped small spa, the best massage in years! The raceletteria restaurant was very good. The staff were especially charming and helpful.
Cons: The superior room was hardly 5 star, The bed was very hard, we could hear every conversation and cough next door, the curtains did not keep the light out. The bath could only be filled by leaving the shower head in,took ages. There are no shops or facilities of any kind for non skiers in the village.
Pros: The hotel staff were so nice, we had a perfect vacation, beautiful hotel and excellent service.
Pros: Staff is top
Cons: Windows are not approved to a 5 star hotel !

Pros: Everything was amazing. The staff was excellent, they take care of every detail and make sure you have the most amazing stay... They have different available choices of restaurants and all incredible! Love this place, definitely will be back:)
Pros: Refer to above.
Cons: Excellent organization and easy to acces to the ski facilities. Ski lockers just close to the Hotel and Télécabine. Confortable, staff very very kind and caring. Help to unload and load our luggages from and into our car. Car parking very convenient just in Hotel basement.
Pros: Staff amazing and location, just next to the lifts Breakfast also incredible The also fixed my skies for free So excellent The hotel has a playroom for kids
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Location Service
Cons: Thin walls you could hear your neighbors all the time
Pros: Staff was very friendly and kind especially Nina! Excellent experience
Pros: Staff excellent Breakfasts great
Cons: The main restaurant was a disapointment food not at the standard of cuisine you should expect for the cost
Pros: The best service that I have had in a ski resort in the world, fantastic food
Cons: I miss a balcony
Pros: The location of the hotel is very good and it is also well decorated. Some of the staff were also very nice and attentive.
Cons: This hotel does not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. They randomly greet guests at reception with champagne and car-parking service (if lucky you get it, if not you don't). The spa is very small and a number of its features were not working, and there was nobody at the spa reception to take care of it. The thermostats in the bedrooms do not work and when it gets very hot at night their solution is to sleep with open windows. The breakfast is below average, and while the waiters are very nice they are very few so you may be waiting for long periods of time to be seated and to get some coffee, and you may get served some odd things like maple syrup in an egg-cup or milk for your coffee in a tall glass. Management definitely need to step up their game to meet 5-star hotel ranking and make their guests feel appreciated.
Cons: We were travelling with 2 kids (4 and 7 y/o), so I booked the triple room, since the little one sleeps in our bed. It works with every hotel I've ever been so far. But here the didn't like the idea of paying for 3 if they can make us pay for 4. So they charged us 120 per night and made us stay in the huuuuuge room that we didn't need at all. Breakfast wasn't included of course and costs 28 euros/person so we never tried it. Bad experience really

Hotel Himalaia Baqueira is a 4 star hotel located in the Catalan Pyrenees with the best views of the mountain. It has 141 rooms with all kinds of details, distributed in 7 floors of which 112 are double standard, 21 duplex and for the most select 4 Junior Suites. It also has a Spa, for you to enjoy maximum relaxation, sauna, heated pool, gym, solarium, pub, garage, restaurant and cafeteria.
Pros: Outstanding service from the charming waiters/bar staff in basement restaurant and lobby bar. Reception staff welcoming and friendly. Good value and good quality food. Brilliant omelettes at breakfast made and served by a helpful and friendly chef.
Cons: Long queue at check-in. Smell of drains in room. Despite paying €300 per night there was an extra charge for car parking. Extra charge for using swimming pool. Breakfast a shambles with not enough tables, long queues at the coffee/hot water machines (which dribbled out water and constantly broke down/ran out of water), and staff too busy to help. Poor information on how to find ski lockers in the underground maze.
Pros: Great breakfast, good reception staff but not enough at busy times. Rooms are way too hot and air con doesn’t work in any room so although beds are very comfortable, a poor nights sleep was inevitable. Bar staff in -1 are brilliant. Mar and PAblo (sorry not sure of his name) are fantastic - a credit to the hotel. Bar food excellent.
Cons: Rooms too hot Check in too slow Room not ready when we arrived at 3pm for check in.
Pros: The main bed was very comfy.
Cons: The air conditioning did not work and the rooms was stifling (particularly upstairs). The showers did not work properly and neither did the fridge. We reported the air con and the fridge and nothing was done. The lifts were so slow it was painful. The staff on the front desk were not very helpful and often there just weren’t enough. On the day of arrival (at 5pm) our room was not ready for us and on one day our room was not serviced until 6pm.
Pros: Food superb,
Cons: Only minor irritation was that the lifts were a bit erratic, not stopping or changing direction without reason. Otherwise everything was excellent.
Pros: Very close to gondola Very friendly staff Clean Great for families
Cons: Hotel too warm for comfort. Breakfast acceptable as buffet; dinner is not. We ate out more than we ate in
Pros: Position. Garaging below. Proximity to the ski hire, ski lift and ski lockers makes it practically ski in ski out plus the rooms are a good size
Cons: I didn’t realise that the duplex rooms all came with a double sofa bed - I expected two single beds for our teenage children We found the buffet a bit samey - so we went out for dinner for a few nights
Pros: Location was the best, right at the slopes, hotel very nice and significantly cheaper than it's competition at same location. Breakfast was super complete and very fresh, we also took 2 times dinner buffet which was also excellent, though I advise to also try the local restaurants a bit more down the mountain which are cheap and super good :) Very nice to have your ski locker underneath of the lifts, so you never have to walk far with your boots on!
Pros: Incredible breakfast buffet included in the price.
Cons: They charge 22E/person for use of the spa for 90 minutes, and 25E/day to park.
Pros: The facilities and convenience.
Cons: The elevators did not work properly. At reception when complaining about the elevator the answer was: There are also stairs.
The Meliá Royal Tanau has a privileged location for ski-lovers: in the exclusive Tanau Residential Complex, at the foot of the fantastic ski slopes of Baqueira Beret, just 50 metres away from the Esquirós lockers and lifts. This ski hotel in Baqueira Beret is strategically located in the heart of the Pyrenees in the stunning Valle de Arán.
Pros: The location is brilliant, only a 50 metre walk from the ski lift. The room was great and ideal for a family of 4 and the breakfasts and afternoon tea are brilliant. The lounge area is also very comfortable and a great place to chill out after a day's skiing.
Cons: The bar and restaurant was understaffed so it took too long to be served and the evening meals were poor
Pros: excellent breakfast
Cons: no choice of pillows
Pros: Bed was comfy, the common area was very cozy, afternoon snacks at the common area were a great touch
Cons: Parking is 25 Euros a day. A bit overpriced in my opnion breakfast was missing vegetables
Pros: Great hotel. 50m from the ski lift. Equipment rental right outside the from door. Free ski lockers for guests.
Pros: Decor maybe 5 star but facilities are 3-4 star. Thoughtful welcome gift of a "Buff" neck warmer and housekeeping was very good.
Cons: Decor maybe 5 star but facilities are 3-4 star. Maitre in restaurant was rude on occasion. Desk staff and bar staff friendly and helpful but drinks were served in incorrect glasses and all gin and tonics served with ice and lemon (not lime, orange, cucumber etc depending on brand of gin). Although this may sound picky, this is now fairly basis and when you are paying 15 Euros for a G&T it should be served correctly. Bar area was tiny and restaurant was also very small and although fine for breakfast, not a place where I would choose to have dinner. This is particularly difficult when there is only one other restaurant nearby otherwise you have to drive. Pool and spa dark, small and basic. Facilities in our room were poor. Fridge did not work, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No english channels on tv and could not use the DVD player at first as there were no leads in the back of it. Peeling paint on the walls. Toilet roll holder had fallen off the wall and remained on the floor for the first three days. No plug for the bath so it couldn't initially be used and when a plug was delivered the jacuzzi in the bath did not work. Boot room and lockers were very basic indeed, Matted flooring was ripped and damaged, the lockers had to be opened and locked by the reception staff as no keys were given out. We have stayed in 4 star hotels with far superior facilities. Sorry but this hotel was very disappointing.
Pros: breakfast was amazing
Cons: room was smaller than on photo
Pros: staff were attentive and vey helpful.
Cons: for a five crown/ five star hotel, I did not expect to have pay an additional 25 euros per day to park my car in the hotel car park or to have to pay 30 euros per person to use the spa/pool.
Cons: Everything was excellent but i think, one thing was bad. Why pool is not inclued in price?
The Blanheu Apartments enjoy a privileged location for skiers in the exclusive residential area of Tanau, at the very foot of the magnificent slopes at Baqueira-Beret, only 100 metres from the ticket office and the Esquiròs chairlift. Enjoy the winter snow at the Blanheu Apartments and ski down from the heights of Cap de Baqueira to the 1,700 m level of the hotel.
Pros: Politite and helpful staff. Use of attached hotel a real bonus. Wonderful breakfast and all day snacks.
Cons: Not enough hot water to fill the bath even a quarter full. Rotton wood around balcony unsafe for children.
Pros: We like the hotel not the apartment
Cons: Not update
Pros: We had no idea that the apartments were considered part of the hotel, so much so that we could use the hotel lounge at all times and benefit from completely free drinks and snacks provided every day from 12-5pm. Excellent!
Cons: Living space and kitchen was tiny, only just big enough for family of five. Bedrooms and bathrooms great.
With a stay at Rvhotels Orri in Naut Aran, you'll be near ski lifts, within a 5-minute drive of Baqueira Beret Ski Resort and Via ferrada Poi d'Unha. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Close to the ski slopes (5 km), quiet area, nice staff, rooms are small but ok
Cons: Way too expensive, not even a coffee or tea maker in the room, rooms are oud dated, quality of food in restaurant is not great, this hotel did not meet our expectations
Pros: Great place to stay if you are snow sports lover! Baquera Beret is just 10mins away!
Pros: Chimney was lit the evening we arrived, the views from the breakfast room. Price is fair for a not luxurious place.
Cons: Breakfast is average, bed needs replacing, it's noisy! And prices go up to almost double based on demand, so be careful not to pay too much.
Pros: Great location close to the ski area. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Nice ambiance in the bar. The room was clean and comfortable. Convenient parking.
Pros: Basic mountain hotel, but good location between Arties and Baqueira and good value for money. Wooden interior, log fire, bar and restaurant serving tasty set dinners (choice of three dishes per course) downstairs. Warm and decent sized room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: Lovely breakfast. Great free cup of warm soup after a rainy ski day Excellent location Free Transport from the hotel to the Gondola.
Cons: The price of the dinner for just one night was 21€, if you took two days was 12€ x night. They could have charged less for one night as it's difficult to arrive on time for supper on Friday evening
Cons: The breakfast was not worth the €5.5 charged.
