Pros (+) The location was great! Being 8 min away from downtown Nashville was very convenient for us. The price was nice too. We knew we were not getting the fanciest place in the world, but not bad. Clean bed, newly renovated bathroom, nice fridge and microwave etc. That's what we expected and we were happy.
Cons (-) The area is probably not the best. Always people sitting around looking sketchy. However everyone we did talk to was nice and we had no issues. We kept to ourselves and they did too.
