Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. The service received high marks, with many guests highlighting the friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness of the staff and hosts. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with rooms and common areas described as tidy and well-maintained. Several guests appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. While breakfast was mentioned in a few reviews, opinions varied, and it was not a standout feature. Some guests noted noise issues and the challenge of the hotel's location on a steep hill, but overall, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.
