Thanks for the customer service lady who was working 1.8. She have the heart of gold. She did everything her best for helping us. So wonderful person. And the room was always clean to the max. But the rest, oh well. We were having such a wonderful time in Napoli and got suddenly the message from the hotel to come to pay bedside table glass that we had break (80€). There was no option that we have break that glass. The manager told that customer is wrong. I decided to pay that glass and left the hotel because the situation was horrible and I didn't want to fight no more on our holiday. I was trying to negotiate even though we had nothing to do with broken glass. Every clue I found told for example, that the cleaner could have broken that glass. Because of that I recommend to avoid this accommodation or giving them your credit card number.
- The room was perfectly clean and spacious - Breakfast was good, especially the croissants - Staff was friendly - Facilities seemed new
- It is a dodgy area around the hotel, definitely not for everyone. - The street next to our room was very loud - You get 4 keys to get to your room, bit annoying, but understandable
Clean, beautiful room, excellent location
Good location station 15 minute walk metro was great 1.10 euro to centre and 2.80 to pompei
Dustbins got emptied every night at midnight a bit noisy
The location was probably the only highlight of the hotel- it was very close to the metro station and only a 10-15 min drive to the airport (note it's a 30 min walk from the port). The front desk was able to book me a cab an early flight flight and the cab driver was great and on time when picking me up on time. They were able to also organize a shuttle for my friend who was traveling at a great price. Also, they were helpful in giving directions when we asked the best way to get to Pompeii.
Although the lobby seems nice, it's important to know that the hotel rooms are spread apart on the lot. We were not placed in a room in the same building and had to walk to another building within the complex (which also randomly had a bunny rabbit who lived outside in the courtyard- slightly weird). They weren't really flexible with early check-in (I'm sure if you want an early check in, there will be an added cost). They also charged for keeping bags should you arrive early before their check in time (2 euro per bag). Further, after 9 PM there is no one at the front desk until 8 AM and they give you 5 separate keys for all their entires (which seems intimidating and honestly such a pain). If you get placed in the different building, note that it is 10 cents to use the elevator every time. The key to the actual room was a hassle to lock and unlock (it seemed to be that this wasn't the actual key and they had made a replica of some sort - it worked but took time to figure out). The wifi in the room was inconsistent and worked off and on. The bed that we had had stains on it and the toiletries they provide in the bathroom are good for only one person (plan ahead or ask for more but before 9 PM) and the wallpaper was a horrible color.
