Pros: Comfortable room and great location, being near a beach and a short drive away from restaurants and cafes. Great, luxurious hotel especially if you're diving nearby.
Cons: A little overpriced and breakfast buffet gets quite crowded early
5,8 Okay
Pros: Staff were great, facility quite good.
Cons: Area around our room pool was unkept, and garden bushes we so tall had no view of the promised sea view when sat down.
7,1 Good
Pros: Nice beaches, friendly staff
Cons: Uncomfortable beds, air conditioning did not work.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: View from Balcony rooms are amazing.La tida had excellent breakfast and food choice
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Facilities are great and all included in the room price. Beach is very nice and just next to the hotel. Good choice of restaurant.
Cons: If we have to find an issue, shuttle bus is very old and spreading smog smell around when it passes by.
7,9 Good
Pros: Beautiful resort, although very big it never felt crowded in the many restaurants, many water facilities, friendly staff , spacious rooms, very silent aircon, nice size of terrasse. A real holiday feel. Nice breakfast with fresh pancakes. We recommend this hotel !!!
Cons: Poor choice at buffet considered the price of the hotel. In the warm dishes there were very few options for vegetarians. Not a lot of variety in fruit. Complicated to book a restaurant in the evening if not long time in advance to get a table at a normal time (after 6 and before 9pm)
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding, and in fact the three dinner restaurants we went to offered very tasty meals. The view of the sea was lovely by the pool. Rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the water slide into the lower pool :-)
Cons: Airport transfers were poor, only 3 times a day and impossible to book in advance for some reason. Staff had poor English but we were the only guests that were western.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, Hospitality and whole interior designs
Cons: Early time to close Dinner time
10,0 Excellent
Pros: People are nice. property was neat and clean. loved beds . enjoyed out staying.

Pros: Perfectly clean and comfortable. The beach is just outside the hotel. Excellent facilities for seaside activities.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It has big room (bed) by Japanese standard, it is very clean, good breakfast, nice beach.
Cons: Guest has to pay for the beach chair and towel. Beach open hour is only 9am to 6pm.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel, large room with beautiful views from balcony. A number of good places to eat within walking distance of hotel. Good service from staff, very attentive. Plenty of parking.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: The location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is very good! Great to have sea view from the room! Room is quite big for us to stay. We feel very comfortable and relax. The seafront is just nearby the hotel!
Cons: none
5,4 Okay
Pros: Beautiful place but bad receptionist.
Cons: The day I arrived I was given a price and the receptionist that helped me made it clear that it was the TOTAL price. She also insisted on paying when I checked out. The day I checked out the price of my stay was doubled. I complained and asked why and she said it was the price. I had to pay as I had no choice or proof. Also not friendly and made me feel like I was in the wrong. And it was my 30th birthday on that day which ruined my birthday.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Sea view is good
Cons: Too expensive in peak season
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Not a fancy hotel but comfortable stay with in-house marine activities. We had 2 Superior Twin Room with Sea View and the rooms were of good size, big enough to add one more bed with space for luggages. Coin washer and dryer as well as vending machines located at basement and marine activities counter located on 1st floor. There's a old style western restaurant Colombin further down the hotel which I would recommend for dinner.
Cons: Asked for high floor but was given 2nd floor, perhaps to meet our request of rooms next to each other. Breakfast spread was a bit repetitive for our 3 days there, more catered for Japanese/Taiwanese guests I supposed.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: There are restaurants nearby few minutes walk away.
Cons: Hotel has only marine sports and activities.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very relaxing, attentive service, good rooms and great facilities.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely very good hotel. Rooms, service, nature around the hotel. Everything we liked.
Cons: Nothing.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and courteous staff. I was told we had an upgrade but I was not sure about the difference. Our room had a small walk-out courtyard with an outdoor tub which we had not used. But it was nice. What I appreciate is their shuttle service to the nearby restaurants for our dinners. Not only getting there but also picking us up. So we can enjoy a drink at dinner without the need of driving back.
Cons: Nothing except that the hotel is not near a beach literally.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Bathroom was spacious, modern and clean.
Cons: The premises was old. My friend highly recommended it to me and I decided to go for it on my second trip to Okinawa. However I was greatly disappointed as the place is old and when we drove in approaching the hotel lobby, the drvieway was narrow and not at all a Ritz Carlton style. The entire premises was a feel of old and poorly maintained on the outer walls. Interior was fine but the water feature around the lobby also gave a feel of old-fashion. I was also charged a lot more upon arrival. Overall, very lousy experience. My previous stay in Okinawa was a year ago at the Monterey Resort. It's awesome and I really regretted not staying there this trip. So many restaurants outside Monterey unlike Ritz Carlton which was isolated.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: this hotel is amazing. it was the best hotel we stayed at during our 5 week Japanese Trip. very nice building. good (large) beds. nice view. friendly staff. kids very welcome. nice pool. parking for free. free shuttle to beach. amazing. really.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great clean rooms, tasty breakfast, amazing view from room, perfect location on the beach. Definitely worth, great value for price.
Cons: Maybe you could provide some sun umbrellas or sunbeds for your guests (for money), to take to the beach. There is no shadow on the beach after 13.00 PM and you can only lay on your own towels.
4,2 Okay
Pros: The view from the room and Family Mart next door.
Cons: The hotel is very old and badly managed - shame for the Best Western chain. It was dirty and the balcony was not that nice as on the pictures. The reception was inadequate. The parking was limited. It was not worth the money at all. The beach was dirty too and the hotel did not bother to clean even the territory of the hotel on the beach.
7,9 Good
Pros: Spacious room and nice buffet breakfast.
Cons: Lack of central control of lighting.
7,5 Good
Pros: Close to the beach !
Cons: Room is too small and the bathroom is kind of old only the lobby is quite new
6,7 Good
Pros: Great views from balcony Big spacious rooms by japenese standards Reasonable breakfast
Cons: Got there at 2.30pm and the reception said 3pm checkin only, didn't even look to see if our room was ready so sat at reception until 3pm which was annoying. Furniture in room was old and and look like it needed decorating. Not many other facilities apart from great sea view. It was expensive for what it is
7,5 Good
Pros: For a last minute change to our plans this was a good hotel for the money. The breakfast was good and had a nice view of the ocean. There is a Lawsons attached to the hotel that had all of the beach stuff that we needed.
Cons: The rooms were outdated and could have been nicer.
6,7 Good
Pros: Nice Lobby. Nice staff. Nice view of my room. Very close to the beach. Good breakfast buffet.
Cons: Felt itchy after sleeping. Not Clean. Old design of the room. We felt down a few times as the floor meet wet. A/C got mold, so disgusting.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: A very nice hotel, totally lived up to my expectations. The view from the room was amazing: ocean+mountains. Spacious room, big comfortable bed, delicious breakfast with lots of options. The area is very quiet - not much to do. However the beach and the park are just perfect for sunrise/sunset walks, and right behind the hotel there is a very nice (and popular) place for dinner - Yukino. Bus terminal is within 5 min which is convenient for the day trips to Ocean Expo, Ryukyu Mura or wherever else you want to go. Totally recommend it.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the amazing location and variety of things to do within the resort. Overall, the customer service is amazing and we really loved our stay.
Cons: The food was a bit pricey but that was expected at such a quality resort. Other than that, ZERO issues.
7,1 Good
Pros: Rooms were beautiful and clean. Loved the Jacuzzi on the balcony. Really good internet speed. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Toilet/shower room was really out of date it smelled funny and looked mouldy. Position of the hotel is very remote so it is hard to get around if you do not have a car. Restaurants on site were very expensive, had to pay service charge on everything - expect cheapest dinner to be 5K + yen and since everything is so far away from hotel that's the only thing you can get.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Huge rooms, beautiful beach and garden. Perfect for get aways
Cons: Far from everything
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing views, casual atmosphere, fun beach, beautiful rooms.
Cons: Unheated pools, expensive restaurants, remote location.
7,9 Good
Pros: The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve been too in Japan thus far.
Cons: The trolley past by us numerous occasions while we were standing in the rain with a baby. It was awful...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything about the property. We went for my wife's birthday and she loved it especially the spa tub on the balcony. We are definitely coming back.
Cons: The only thing is the closing time for the beach wish it was longer for a sunset on it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The place was beautiful loved everything about it and the service was fantastic will definitely be coming back!
Cons: The jacuzzi isn’t covered by balcony but still loved it
7,5 Good
Pros: Staff were extremely nice and professional
Cons: Location - nothing around for miles. They charge you for *everything* and not reasonable prices (eg 1500 yen just to rent the chairs and parasol for the beach). Dinner at their Japanese restaurant (Kanucha) was disappointing and overpriced.
6,3 Good
Pros: Best Costumer Service. The Bed is so hard. They need to be replace. The resort is fantastic and has everything you need.
Cons: The bed is super hard.
Okinawa Marriott Resort and Spa - Nago - Building

Overview Reviews

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
6,3 Good
Pros: Large room with good facilities. Nice ocean view from the balcony.
Cons: The hotel restaurants are extremely expensive for what they are. This meant for most evenings we did not want to eat at the hotel, however this meant walking up and down a very steep hill which would be difficult for most. Also very little selection of restaurants in the nearby area. The hotel could be nice but is a little run down in areas, not what I would expect from a Marriott. There also seemed to be a lot of school groups around the pool who were shouting and screaming. Unfortunately not up to the standards we expected.
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: My stay was the worst value for money I have ever spent in my life. I arrived at 10:30 pm to pouring rain. When I called the hotel to ask them to pick me up from the main road where the last bus dropped me off, they totally forgot to pick me up and I had to walk up the hill to the resort in the pouring rain in the dark. When I tried to cal the hotel the line was busy for an hour. When I arrived the hotel was apologetic and made excuses in why they didn’t pick me up. They didn’t offer me a discount or any extra benefit for the lousy stay I had. They charged me full price and sent me in my way. The room was old, out dated and dirty. Nothing like a 5 star resort but was more like a 2 star
7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful it is the perfect getaway for families looking for some sunshine and swimming, this part of Okinawa is not for the single traveller
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I like the environment of the hotel.
Cons: Nil
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice smell on the lobby floor
Cons: Extra price for public bath
5,0 Okay
Pros: We liked the location. Close enough to Nago. After sending a complaint email, management reacted very quickly. They offered us an upgraded room, which was welcome. We can also see that they immediately started cleaning the pools after our feedback. The room we originally booked was smelly (mould). The upgraded traditional Japanese room was nice.
Cons: The pictures on booking.com do not represent reality. The hotel is in a hill. Quite a walk from the beach. The facilities are old and need a complete refurbishment. The lobby is a disaster and does not make you feel like you are on a holiday. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment of the breakfast room. . They moved the breakfast to the lobby. Not a good solutions. Totally destroys the feeling of being in a relaxing hotel. . Half of the pools were covered in mould. That was a totally disgusting experience.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Location is not bad and staff at the Bar and at Breakfast area are friendly. Overall quite good for Kids but overpriced for what it is.
Cons: Overall not a 5 star experience. Front desk staff not really helpful and everything seems “complicated”, Pool games for Kids need to be paid for even using them 5 minutes .... quite unbelievable! Room was not done twice in 7 nights and choice of breakfast did not change, 7 days the exact same food! Will definitely not return!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view was magnificent. The room was huge
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was superb. Rooms are so beautiful and clean, facilities excellent and many restaurant options.
Cons: Suggestion- we arrived at 8:30 pm for dinner most of self service food was gone. I would suggest top up or reduced fee.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.
Cons: Old and overly priced, located in remote area that is far away from the beach.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: everything is OK.
7,0 Good
Pros: Good for children.
Cons: Too isolated
4,2 Okay
Pros: The location is good as it is just next to the aquarium.
Cons: The booking info at the hotel was not match to my booking, and the staff there are not helpful and stubborn. The washing machine inside our room is not working well. There were ants on the desk and on the bed. Staff needs more training.
6,2 Good
Pros: The breakfast buffet was good and the staff were very nice. Little touches like a lady set (hair tie, cotton swab, cotton pad) for the bathroom was nice. Beautiful view from the pool area. Too bad the pool was so cold.
Cons: Room smelled like smoke and carpet was lifting. Tripped a few times in the room due to that old worn down carpet. Tried to order drinks but the bar was closed. The same day, for some reason, the restaurant was not serving alcohol.
7,1 Good
Pros: The location is located nearby scene sport. The lee are restaurants open late till midnight within driving distance.
Cons: The swimming pool is in maintenance but we were not noticed in advanced when we made the booking. Our booking were made 2-4 weeks beforehand. No elevator.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and neat facility. Staff was really friendly, professional and helpful. Always eager to provide assistance.
Cons: Some mild rude guests here and there but nothing too disturbing.
6,7 Good
Pros: very closed to the aquarium and the emerald beach, good for family trip. beautiful room, spatial and high ceiling
Cons: no hanging rack for wet towel, food is so-so and the buffet has very limited food selection, not like Japanese standard
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Very new and comfortable room for our family. Great to have washing machine in the room.
Cons: None
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Best place where to stay for Aquarium and Expo Park visit (to see all the park you need at least 2 days). Although the lobby is quite shabby, the rooms and pool are very nice + best cleaning service ever! And although part of the hotel was under the reconstruction, we enjoyed our stay 100%. Only 300 meters from the hotel is Emerald Beach - another must see in the region - and Lawson (grocery) is just 3 mins walk from the hotel. Amazing breakfast as well.
Cons: No baby crib was ready upon our arrival and we were not informed in advance that all of them are busy.
Overview Reviews
Located in Motobu, OKINAWA MOTOBU GUESTHOUSE - Hostel is within a 15-minute drive of Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and Nago Pineapple Park. Free self parking is available onsite.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The manager was nice, the rooftop / terrace, each bed has a fan.
Cons: The place wasn't very clean, it's quite hard to find (if you don't have a car, don't even bother, it's too far from any point of interest), and worst of all, someone (the manager?) smoked in the kitchen in the morning, but the door to the dorm is not solid, so we could smell the cigarette (it woke us up). This is not right.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: It was close to the Ocean Park, but that was all that was good
Cons: It was hard to find, the kitchen was full of old dusty stuff - felt unckean. Only one bathroom and one toilett.
7,1 Good
Pros: Nice homely feel. Kind owner.
Cons: No staff were around until 19:00 (which was fine). Small place with just 1 toilet/shower. There's no shops nearby, and the restaurant recommendation was closed when we got there.
7,5 Good
Pros: The owner is super nice and helpfull The place is very cosy and traditional
Cons: Can be a bit more clean Difficult to reach Nothing much to do around or any shop, so buy your food before
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Small place, only about 4 beds in the shared room. Very cozy and clean Japanese style home. It is sorta old so it has that look of uncleanliness, but it's clean.
Cons: Location is a bit hard to get to. If coming at night I recommend a flashlight since there almost no lighting in that neighborhood.

7,1 Good
Pros: The room with tatami area is large. The seaview from the room is excellent. Large outdoor area for the children.
Cons: It would be less disappointment if the room rate and additional costs are showed more clearly in advance. Carpet cleanness to be improved.
7,9 Good
Pros: Motobu Genki Village
Cons: Noise-free guestrooms cannot be guaranteed.
7,9 Good
Pros: The location near the dolphin pond and the sea. The sunset view over the sea. The spacious room.
Cons: Not really.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice view, lot of activity for kid. My family really enjoy the place. Breakfast is good and they have kid’s cooking corner.
7,1 Good
Pros: Ocean view in all rooms.Twin rooms with tatami area are larger than plain twin rooms. Some rooms have a toy corner.
Cons: Hotel is a bit old.Onsen and karaoke room in particular are unappealing and would benefit from refurbishment. Location: ideally you need a car here.We found public transport difficult. About 4-5kms return to walk to aquarium. If you can afford it try Orion hotel very close to beach and aquarium.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The facilities in the hotel premise. There is a restaurant, public bath, kids play area, animals, dolphin lagoon, and sea sports center.
Cons: The front desk wasn’t very clear of the program the sea sports center has to offer. However they were helpful in taking in our reservation so that we can enjoy the program the next morning. They have a promotion (purchase 3 program on the same day at a packaged price) which we weren’t informed and they refuse to be flexible in extending this price to us. The rooms are rather dated and in need of a refurbishment.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room is spacious, the view is beautiful, we can saw the dolphin jumping in the sea. I love the seawater pool, this is my first time so close to the sea turtle without the barrier of glass.
Cons: The wifi is not available in the room. The swimming pool opens in the afternoon, we could not use it in the morning before checking out.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: Spacious room, public bath, great breakfast with view
Cons: Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during our visit.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We traveled with a little 2 year-old-boy and really appreciated with facilities prepared for kids. They prepared the small pyjamas for him, and there were a big area with outdoors activities and also the sand pit! For breakfast, they also prepared a large cooking table for the kids to enjoy their own meal. It's a good place for the whole families.
Cons: The building and facilities are little bit old but overall functions are in good conditions.

Located in Motobu, Hotel Mahaina Wellness Resort Okinawa is just steps from Okinawa Hanasaki Marche and 6 minutes by foot from Ocean Expo Memorial Park. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The location is great. It is very near the Aquarium, Starbucks and a few restaurants. We love the outdoor pool. Too bad it closes a little bit early, 7 p.m., when there is still much daylight left. The indoor pool is ok. The public bath is very nice. We really enjoyed it. The view from the hotel is beautiful.
Cons: Upon pulling into the hotel driveway, there was no one greeting us. We didn’t know where to park our vehicle. I understand. We arrived at 2 p.m. Once checked in, it would have been nice if we were offered some cold drink while wait for our room to be ready. I have stayed at many Japanese hotels. Almost all of them, the staff are very nice and attentive. The staff at Mahaina Wellness Resort need a little improvement in their customer service area. The restaurants are pricey. We ate there our first night. The remaining times, We went somewhere else. The rooms definitely need good upgrades. They are a bit old. The art and crafts lady at the lobby charges too much money for supplies. We spent almost ¥6000 for few art items. Final thing, we don’t like the fact that the door to the room is facing outside.

Pros: I liked it. We had family in town a chose to stay here 3 days. Excellent location.
Cons: Hard to get to beach from rooms. A nicer path wine good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, and location of this property is incredible.
Cons: I am not sure it is clear for everyone that it is not a classic "hotel" but more some appartement renting. there is a big kitchen with all necessary furniture to eat and make our own food. No towel included in the price, but possible to rent on place (100 yen for the whole stay)
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The bathrooms were recently renovated so they were fine. It was pretty spacious and the table was useful, and the balcony was nice to have, although it could use some furniture.
Cons: The property was quite old, and there was mold on the sliding screens. There were some bugs in the room, not roaches from what we could tell, but something... It was not a comfortable space to stay in and was disappointing because I had paid less the night before for a much nicer room in a better location. I think I got stuck in the oldest building (the hotel has 3 separate buildings on the property), so maybe the other ones are better, but I would definitely not stay there again.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was near the sea, the view was beautiful, the room was wide and the room has tatami space aside from the two beds. Breakfast was nice and sound of the sea during night time was really relaxing. : )
Cons: I was just a little worried about the cracks on the roof ^^;
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, gorgeous Sesako beach was only a short drive. The view of the ocean was lovely.

Pros: Big room but no have towel.
Cons: No have towel

Pros: Good hotel (maybe a little bit old) with a clean but tiny room (classical in Tokyo but we expected more in Okinawa). The view on the mountain and the beach is very nice and the breakfast much appreciated. It is a perfect spot to visit the North of Okinawa (10min walk from bus stop « Yofuke »)!
Cons: A bit old but still clean.

Pros: We loved the beautiful blue water at the private beach, the size of the room which was huge for Japanese standards and the spa.
Cons: For the price of the hotel (around 200 USD for a room a night) it’s totally unacceptable to charge a fee to use the gym, specially considering that the equipment dates from the 1980’s! We were also asked to pay to rent “indoor shoes” to use the gym, so again, we felt like the hotel wanted to make money at each opportunity. Also, even though the water at the private beach is magnificent, the beach is just ok and you have to pay around 25-30 USD to rent beach chairs or a beach umbrella (25- 30 USD separately for each item!)
7,9 Good
Pros: Wonderful view from every room. Even though some of the facilities were old in the room, they were cleaned extremely well every day. The staff in the dining areas especially were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good value.
Cons: 2 restaurants were advertised for dinner but only one opened (on Sunday none opened with no warning). There needed to be more information provided for guests on what is actually available. Parking was available across the road when the first parking was full but wasn’t signposted well for easy access.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The balcony and the view was nice
Cons: We rented a car and a check out they wanted us to individually pay for parking. Should be free. Breakfast at 1500 yen is expensive for the choice offered
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: They need to close this hotel due to its very old furnitures and design that is not maintained well. The chairs and bed has mold stains. I paid too much for this hotel. I expected too much and was so disapointed when I entered the room that they gave us. I did not stay the two nights because of great dissapointment. Please update your rooms and facilities or better yet lower your damn price.
6,7 Good
Pros: Seaview room
Cons: Is like a old theme hotel , a bit scary
7,9 Good
Pros: The sea view and private beach
Cons: Car parking area - P1 parking space is too less
2,9 Mediocre
Cons: The main building is very old, and the beds and carpets are dirty - it made all 4 of us feel itchy all night. We saw that the east building is better though, but we weren’t able to change.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice view from balcony
Cons: Old hotel , not enough car park beside hotel, if it full you need to park at opposite and cross the street to hotel
7,1 Good
Pros: The little beach in the hotel is good. The reception recommended us some good restaurants nearby to eat.
Cons: We were planning to swim in the sea on the last morning before checking out, but the beach was closed due to the presence of jelly fish! We understood that it was dangerous, but were very disappointed. In a booklet in the hotel, it said that they would use a net to prevent the invasion of dangerous sea species, but clearly it was not the case. We tried to communicate with the guards and the hotel reception but it didn't work.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Stunning views, beach front hotel. Paid a little more to stay in the newer east wing, very worthwhile! Dinner was delicious. Lovely clean spacious rooms. If you decline room cleaning before 9am each morning, reception desk give you a ¥500 voucher to spend in restaurants or shops. We got ¥3000 for our entire stay and brought lots of souvenirs! But you have to ask directly, they don't give up this information willy nilly!
Cons: Far away from shops and restaurants. Nothing really to eat for lunch. I guess most people drove there so it's not a problem for them. For us, we did not hire a car so lunch was either items taken from breakfast, or if the beach shop was open you could get pizza or hot dogs. Breakfast wasn't great.

Pros: Location excellent, close to expo park, aquarium, emerald beach, lawsons for cheap eats. Coin laundry in hotel handy. Room was spacious but hotel is very old and run down. Our room had a musty smell. Cleaning of room was not daily.
Cons: Hotel run down
7,9 Good
Pros: The location and spacious room
Cons: Simply renovation can improve a great deal the attractiveness of the hotel.
7,5 Good
Pros: Although it wasn't the newest of accommodations the fact that we could sleep on the tatami floor with the mattress and our infant son was a huge place. The location was a stone's throw to the aquarium which meant we could take our time at breakfast and still have great parking. The breakfast had traditional Japanese food and was delicious.
Cons: The room smelled musty and old. Something could have been done to remedy this.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very close to the aquarium. Staff very friendly.
Cons: The room curtains were stained with dots of blood and the mattress and comforter were stained as well. Very outdated and tiny bathroom. We ended checking out earlier than planned.

Cons: Very over priced for outdated hotel with poor facilities
5,8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was delicious & the pool was great in the morning.
Cons: Our floor was quite noisy, added bed was very uncomfortable and “kitchenette” consisted of only a counter, tea kettle & small fridge. Not much to work with.
5,4 Okay
Pros: There is a family mart across the road. Near bus stop
Cons: The old lady who can speak Chinese is not friendly to Chinese people. But her attitude to Japanese is totally different. The service she provided to Chinese people let me down. I will not come again, and will not recommend my friends come either.

Cons: The weather :)
