Pros (+) claimed not having received message from hotels.com, made us pay twice the amount we already paid to hotels.com, told hotels that they were fully booked and told us they have only three rooms free.... room was big, bed sheets were clean, but place was smelly, run down, not worth the money bf was very very poor (we are not big Eaters but it was pedantic), bf poorly lit sad experience
