Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful service, as well as the quality and taste of the breakfast, which was often described as delicious and satisfying. Many appreciated the nostalgic, retro atmosphere and the relaxing onsen experience. However, several reviews noted that the facilities and rooms are quite old, with some concerns about cleanliness and the condition of bathrooms. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive for those seeking a traditional, welcoming stay.
