During the check in, the front office staff was so lost that without checking my booking details she was communicating about the booking. I was asked to pay at the time of checking for the stay, which I did. But at the time of check out I was again asked to pay citing the reason that the earlier transaction was a void transaction(no such communication was received from bank though). I was staying there for 3nights but during these 3days they were not bothered to mention about it. At time time of checking out they have forced me to pay once again.

The hotel's room looks like a 1 or 2 star hotel room, very small and not at all worth it, staff is not at all co-operative and doesn't know how to talk to guests. Total number zero for hospitality.
