Pros: Beautiful hotel surrounded by trees. Close to beach. Went in autumn, so the pool was closed and beach was windy, but still nice for walks or biking. Staff was nice, breakfast was diverse. Room clean and nicely decorated.
Cons: As it rained days before, there was a deep puddle in the driveway. Not a pleasant welcome. But the parking spaces were further up and dry.
Pros: Unmatched service!
Pros: Nice location, quiet and luxurious surroundings.
Cons: Room heating stuck on High, uncomfortable. Staff unable to fix.
Pros: Room and staff was good enough, equipment also. Nice hotel to discover around
Cons: Breakfast can be better with buffet, fresh juices and coffee machine.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Pros: Lovely hotel just 5 minutes walk from the sea. It is owned and managed by the family - you can see photos from family archive in the lobby. The interior is nice, you feel like home there. There is spacious parking near the hotel. There is also a swimming pool behind the hotel - it was already closed when we were there (beg. of Nov). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is unbelievable there! I mean everything: selection of food, the breakfast area, the way food is served! You can order hot meal and fresh orange juice a la cartel with no charge and enjoy rich buffet which includes cuts of meet, fish, cheese and plenty of other tasty things). Fresh fruit choice as well as variety of desserts is wonderful. I should say that breakfast in Villa Tiziana is one of the best I had ever! Thanks to the owners and staff for our wonderful stay! We will definitely come again)
Cons: You can hear the sounds from neighboring rooms Would be nice to have a kettle in the room.
Pros: We stayed in the family suite. It was perfect everything you need . Breakfast was great. Highly recommended.
Pros: Gorgeous breakfast. Great room: clean and nice. Easy parking, in front of the hotel. All of this for a very good price.
Cons: During low season, not many restaurants/pubs at walking distance.
Pros: Very comfortable
Cons: Everything Very nice
Pros: Beautiful villa, nice simple room, very good heating system (very useful in winter :) ), balcony small, but enough for smoking :) great breakfast with fresh scrambled and boiled eggs, pancakes, a lot of selection of pies, great assortment of meats, cheese, found salmon and a lot of more options. Villa one block from sea, yard is very beautiful, I think in summer it would be great place for celebrating, for example wedding, anniversary...
Cons: nothing :)
Pros: One of the best places we have stayed. The loft was spacious, very well equipped, very clean. However, the best thing was breakfast- the selection was so good that you want to stay the forever. Fantastic place!

Pros: Nice and friendly staff !
Cons: It’s location and excellent service
Pros: Very clean, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, breakfast and price
Pros: Near the seaside.
Pros: Beautiful room with walls made of brickwork, looking out over open space with some trees, loved it. Comfortable common spaces too, and parking was spacious.
Cons: Breakfast was slightly above average for (old) italian standards, but still... I always wonder why they have this chemical-tasting orange juice and soft bread probably coming out of a plastic package in a country where you can get better at every corner bar. However, big choice and still excellent total value for the price I paid!!!
Pros: Great breakfast nice quiet location just off the main seafront

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Good breakfast , lunch & dinner. Great staff !
Pros: disappointed - lack of good internet . Only one hour total - very sporadic or non existent .
Pros: Our only negative is the breakfast, we would have like freshly cooked eggs because the scrambled eggs available in the heated containers were overcooked and brown around the edges - 'real' sausages instead of frankfurters etc.
Cons: We loved the location of the hotel as we know Marina di Massa very well and have been visiting the area for over 30 years - the room and hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly.
Pros: Very lovely employees, close to the beach, good breakfast.... lovely garden and private parking available
Cons: Rooms need a bit of makeover but it’s all okay!
Pros: +breakfast, +localisation, +hotel stuff (extremely nice and helpful!), +balcony with a beautiful view, +comfortable bed, +very nice and well supplied bathroom.
Cons: - there is a club quite near the hotel, the music is very loud and on weekends it's quite hard to fall asleep because of it.
Pros: Very quiet hotel, good location, only 5 minutes to the sea. Staff was kind, the room clean. I recommend HB - dinners were really super.
Cons: Breakfast was poor, 1 cheese, 1 ham, no vegetables, no fruits, unappetizing eggs, no choice of bread. we were 6 nights in the hotel and 1st and the last breakfast was better, the others (during a stay of Danish(?) turists ) absolutely unsufficient.
Pros: I liked the atmosphere.
Cons: Reception staff very pleasant
Pros: Breakfast was rich and delicious. Staff very pleasant and nice
Pros: Theo and his staff went out of their way to make our week's stay here a most enjoyable one. Having stayed at one of Marina di Massa's many two-star hotels on a previous trip, the Hotel Gabrini was a significant upgrade. The hotel is close to everything, but on a quiet side street. We would most certainly return should business or pleasure take us back to the northern Tuscany coast.
Cons: Based on the price paid and the quality of service we received, there is nothing negative to report. This was a 3-star hotel with 5-star service.
Pros: The owner and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were not there during peak season and ate at other locations.
With a stay at Daisy, you'll be centrally located in Massa, within a 15-minute drive of Forte dei Marmi Beach and Bagno Asciutti. Featured amenities include express check-in, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great location with parking, Owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very nice Breakfast
Cons: Liked everything
Pros: great breakfast caters for most peoples needs comfortable bed Great park for the kids across from hotel short stroll to the beach
Cons: shower couldve been bigger, but that seems to be an Italian thing
Pros: The hotel is located very close to the sea. The hotel has very nice terrace where all guests can rest. The breakfast was very good (several different types of bread, eggs, cheese, mortadella, croissant, cakes, jams, fruits). No vegetables though. They have even a robot to make pancakes!!! and some machine with lemon sherbet and a large choice of teas. The room was quite large and clean. We had a nice view on the sea from the window. There are a lot of restaurants and some supermarkets around the hotel. The hotel is far away from the city centre or train station but the bus stop is quite close (bus 60 or 61 can take you to and from the train station to Marina di Massa).
Cons: The staff speaks very little English what can be a bit frustrating sometimes (but they are very nice people in general). The double bed was really two single beds bind together. I ended up sleeping in the hole between mattress all the time.
Pros: The Hotel Stuff was awesome! A tradional Italien Hotel as I like it. The rooms were clean and according the price abulotley acceptable. The location of the hotel is very good. 50m to the sea and a Park in fron of the Hotel.
Pros: Great breakfast
Pros: Property is very comfortable and the value is very high
Pros: Location is perfect. Close to beach and slightly out of town center and all the buzz that comes with that. Very clean and quiet hotel despite the fact that there is public park with amusement park that has few rides for small children. Elevator is welcome bonus when checking in and out if you pack a lot of bags with you. Parking is public but patrons of the hotel use their numerous vehicles to hold parking spots for hotel guests so you don't need to worry about parking. Near by are lot of restaurants, few supermarkets and pharmacies so you will be covered for almost any eventuality. Breakfast was nice with variety of choices that allow creating different meals for about 7-10 days and options for small children. Our 104 room was large with large bathroom and large balcony that could accommodate party of 4 with no problem. Balcony was one of our favorite features of this room and we spent a lot of time on it since it is located above hotel entrance and overlooks the public park in front of the hotel. Hotel Daisy can be a perfect location for those that plan to explore Cinque Terre or Tuscany region. Even Genoa with its city aquarium is not that far away.
Pros: We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We occupied 2 rooms (1 a little bit small for 3 person - the other one was big enough with a balcony). The hotel is 5 min away from Piazza Betti (where the bus stop is) and 2-3 min away from the beach. Good cleaning services every day. Breakfast buffet (wide variety of food to choose from). The owners were nice and helpful. The bad thing was when they had technical problems and the electricity went out for 20 to 30 min. Even though I recommend this hotel!
Cons: One of the two rooms that we occupied was a little bit small for 3 person.
Pros: Good location, very close to the beach. Gentle staff
Cons: The breakfast was very poor....there weren't even any fruits.
With a stay at Campeggio Italia in Massa, you'll be 5.3 mi (8.6 km) from Malaspina Castle and 5.4 mi (8.6 km) from Forte dei Marmi Beach. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Only 5 or 10 kms to the much nicer central Marina Di Massa, which is unfortunately also totally and haphazardly overdeveloped.
Cons: Not a very nice area, situated close to the industrial port of Carrara. The whole coastline has been ruined by marina owners dumping rock to create a sea break, and this is where you swim in this break. Public beach is dirty with rocky sea floor that no one actually swims in. Book as far south into Marina Di Massa as you can afford instead of instead of this location. However, the whole coastline here has been ruined by rampant overdevelopment.
Pros: Great location
Cons: The location is great as We are a family of 8 travelling with four children. We booked 2 bungalows, each bungalows has slot for parking but one of the bungalow is not really clean, we need to make extra cleaning before we can use the bathroom as it smells bad but the 2nd bungalow is clean and there’s no unpleasant smell. We stayed for 2 nights and expecting that we can have free access to the private beach and that is one of the reason why we booked here aside from the location but they said that we still need to pay to have access to their private beach. Check-in is easy but check out is little time consuming. I booked at booking.com and had my payment done but upon check out they insist that we’re not yet paid. Eventually after less than an hour we’re done with our check out.
Pros: Great location. Nice ambience. Sand beach access. Great view of the mountains opposite to the sea.

Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and express check-out. Pros: Beautiful hotel with lovely garden and pool, right by the beach. The restaurant was superb too! We loved it.
Pros: Value for money Nice swimming pool Proximity to the beach
Cons: Road nearby A bit far from the train station
Cons: the waiter at the restaurant told us they don’t have any hot food at the moment so we ordered mozzarella, prosciutto and shrimp salad. he brought us a ham and cheese sandwich and the worst salad I have ever had. Then he brought another couple who came after us all of the foods we ordered. So there was definitely a double standard. I complained to the manager but they did not take any action. very dissappointing!!
Pros: It’s old Traditional style run by the same family since 1972. Delightful staff and good food.
Cons: The duvet and pillows could be of better quality.
Pros: Friendly staff, fine location. Green area with nice pool. Free parking. A lot of desserts at the breakfast, restaurant with fine cuisine.
Pros: Very nice hotel. Helpful staff. We had a balcony facing the ocean wich was nice right before sunset even tough there was a palm tree distracting the view:) . The pool was good with a depth going from 1.95 to 1.60.
Cons: The bed was quite hard and a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was a little bit weird, a lot of cakes and not so very much nutritious food. The WiFi was descent. The minibar was filled with things I don’t know the name of. Wouldn’t recommend it for families.
Located in Massa, Hotel Eco del Mare is by the sea, within a 15-minute drive of Forte dei Marmi Beach and Cathedral of Massa. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great location right on the sea front. Beach across the road. Nice small pool. Friendly staff. Used as a base for visiting the area.
Pros: Breakfast was great! The staff was very nice and the overall experience was a very pleasant one.
Pros: Very clean location, very friendly stuff. The location is very close to the beach and the pool is clean and a good alternative to the sea when the waves are high. The food for breakfast and lunch was awesome, amasing dessert, drinks perfectly served!
Cons: The locks on the room doors are somehow loud on closing, which can be for some persons irritating in the evening... but that is really not something one can scare the good vibes this location gives!
Pros: Good Location and Clean.
Cons: Breakfast could improve a lot.
Pros: Perfect location. Parking. Good value for money.
Pros: The food was very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect just across the road from the beach. The pool was ideal and the children loved it. We would love to go back.
Pros: Friendly & helpfull staff, good location, good breakfast
Cons: Parking available but very (!!) small places

Pros: There are big balconies and hangers for your wet clothes.
Cons: To expensive for the facilities they are providing. The stuff was not so friendly, they couldn t provide us information in english. They were speaking just italian with us. In the bathroom was a strong smell of chlor, but the toilet was very dirty. The rooms are very small and you can barely find place to go from the door to the window. The biggest suprise came at the breakfast where there was fermented fruit compote and old pieces of chopped fruits. Everything was a big dissapointment.
Pros: This place is perfect for a chill, relaxing week in Italy. The pool was great, the room clean and well equiped, awesome huge balcony. The staff was really nice and friendly. I strongly recommend this place!
Pros: Everything was great! Super Clean. Great Staff.
Cons: No real complaints. The driveway should be re-paved. Careful with the car.

Pros: the attention to details at breakfast
Cons: difficult or no parking, room not super well isolated
Pros: the breakfast was amazing beautiful fresh fruit of the best quality.great hospitality and care towards us.
Cons: the hotel was a little far from the beach.
Pros: Perfect room, cleaness, staff and breakfast. It is the best hotel that I have ever stay in this segment.
Cons: Area is expensive in season
Pros: This is a great boutique hotel in a quiet seaside town! It is run with great care by the host family. The hosts were very warm & helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and breakfast is beautifully prepared with an excellent & wide selection for every palate! There is no elevator but that is the only “negative”; otherwise a wonderful selection. The area has numerous restaurants along the beach & the towering mountains in the background look spectacular! Our room had a small balcony to sit outside in the sunshine with a great mountain view.
Cons: No negatives. An elevator would be nice for the baggage but not a big deal.
Pros: Great breakfast with a lot of fresh fruits Great family room, with 2 balconies
Cons: No bikes for kids available. Fortunately we could rent them at ciclo ‘94 close by.
Pros: Everything was great!
Pros: It’s was a well ran family hotel. The staff were kindness themselves. Breakfast was truly international and fantastic. Unfortunately we could only stay one night and sample their amazing breakfast. Exceptional quality. Thank you Hotel Matilde!
Pros: A small family run hotel. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety including fresh fruit. Room on the small side but the bed very comfortable. Lovely fresh , fluffy towels and excellent toiletries, we even had a jacuzzi bath! The family obviously take a pride in their hotel and it shows, very clean and the staff friendly and smiley! It also has a great quirky and retro feel, lots of lace curtains and gold coloured bathroom fittings. Parking available and only 10 minutes from the sea.
