Great location, super helpful staff, breakfast stays around all day...
There wasn't always someone at the desk, but they were awesome when they were there..
It was easily the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at. We noticed the bath in the room had not been cleaned, the metal facial tissue box has greasy hand prints all over it and the fridge had hair inside. The 2 wine glasses and the 2 water glasses had also not been cleaned. We informed the staff at the front desk, we came back after several hours and the room had not been cleaned. My wife asked for some cleaning products and cleaned the bathtub. There is also no soundproofing between the hotel and the restaurant downstairs which has loud music until 1am which shakes your entire room. I would highly recommend you do not stay at this hotel.
Beautiful room, super clean and welcoming.
Loud music from the pub below.
The mattress was comfortable and the location was good.
The bar underneath the hotel had a band playing on a Sunday night until at least 12:30am. The breakfast was not equipped with any plates or silverware (had to ask and were initially given cup plates and then told that they would have to go down to the kitchen to fetch real plates???!??) and we only got 3 bagels to share. The glasses in our room were dusty. Overall a poor experience!
