Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location with stunning lake views, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and the high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. The restaurant and breakfast receive frequent compliments for quality and variety. A few minor criticisms are noted, such as breakfast not always matching the high standard of dinner, and some concerns about the surrounding area or extra charges for pets, but overall, the reviews are highly positive, with many guests eager to return.
