Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's staff for their helpfulness and friendliness, as well as the convenient location and comfortable beds. However, many were disappointed by the ongoing renovations, particularly the closure of the pool and some facilities, which were not always communicated in advance. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Overall, while the hotel has strong service and a good location, the renovation works and pool closure significantly impacted the guest experience.
