Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the cleanliness of the rooms. Some guests also found the beds comfortable and the breakfast variety good. However, there were repeated complaints about unfriendly or unhelpful staff, issues with early check-in, overcharging, and lack of communication. Several reviews mentioned problems with breakfast quality and availability, as well as maintenance issues like noise, bathroom facilities, and gym closure. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stand out positively, service and breakfast need improvement.
