Pros (+) LOVED this motel! The owners are extremely friendly and kind, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, great location close to downtown Newport, he facilities are well-kept with nice flowers and a nice pond across the parking lot (be sure to check out the sunset!) Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Pros (+) Older motel but very clean with a great view of the pond. Short easy drive to Newport attractions. There are chairs on the lawn so you can kick back and relax outside. Ask for an upstairs room to enjoy the pond from your outside patio.
