Pros (+) LOVED this motel! The owners are extremely friendly and kind, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, great location close to downtown Newport, he facilities are well-kept with nice flowers and a nice pond across the parking lot (be sure to check out the sunset!) Would stay again in a heartbeat.
