Crappy depressing rooms. Generic lobby with construction. No vibe or appeal. Loud fridge in room we had to unplug which then leaked everywhere. No robes. Old faucets. Completely outdated accommodations.

Pros (+) The staff is very nice, and the rooms are being refreshed to make them more current. Also, it is convenient to the business I have downtown.
Cons (-) The hotel is pretty long in the tooth, and could use more than a refresh. Also, it caters to a lot of tourists who apparently like Caribbean food for dinner, and not being a tourist I find the menu very unappealing.
